When deciding upon my piece of art, something that I highly considered was my inspiration. I wanted to create an art piece that looked like it was pop art, that it was able to fit onto that category. My goal was to focus mostly on creating a pop art piece, not exactly on what exactly the face looked like. Inspirations like Andy Warhol and Peter Max, greatly influenced my painting.

ACT Questions:
1.) Clearly explain how you are able to identify the cause-effect relationships between your inspiration and its effect upon your work.
The relationship between my work and my inspirations is very obvious, the use of vibrant colors and different designs in the background. The vibrancy and the contrast of the mood with the face expression and the background just really combine.
2.) What is the overall approach (point of view) the author (from your research) has regarding the topic of your inspiration?
.Andy Warhol main goal was to commercialize certain artifacts. To create a piece of art that catches that audience attention. SImilarly I am trying to advertise that it will get better, maybe right now you are overwhelmed, but eventually it will get better.
3.) What kind of generalizations and conclusions have you discovered about people, ideas, cultures, etc. while you researched your inspirations?
I can conclude that both of artistic inspirations used pop art to add color to their life, the pop art movement overall really gets you in a happy mood even if the character in tha painting facial expression isn't as satisfying.
