"Fade Away"
Size: 17x12.5 cm
Medium: Dry point
Date: November 3rd, 2016
Exhibition Text: Through the process of creating my dry point, I had my theme always in my head. I wanted to create a piece of art that expressed a certain mood. I found a way to interpret my art within this specific theme. I believe this project helped me realize that society has been deteriorating in communication. It also helped me value the time I spent with my loved ones, and not depend on my phone too much. They were raised in a completely different society, and we have to learn to appreciate the moments we spend with them to not make them feel like they are fading away.
